The food is phenomenal, and the desert is next level after you've finished your meal. I loved having multiple options of drink options and being able to drink some brews and have BBQ, you cannot beat. I have no issues on the service, it's more of a you order and you handle yourself, which I like. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a quality bbq joint.

This is my go to when ordering take out food for any party! I love their brisket and their sauces. Brisket with the fatty bits are the BEST!

Let me start with the good. This is the ONLY brisket I have ever had in which I could cut it with a plastic fork. The brisket was outstanding - moist, tender, juicy and had a delicious meat taste. I liked the slight salty rub spice such that I really didn't want sauce. Incredible job!! The potato salad was very good. The potato cubes were a medium size with a nice crisp. The mayo base was just thick enough to give it taste. They cayenne taste is very predominant. You do t get much other tastes. The Mac & cheese was okay. The noodles were very soft - perhaps over cooked. The cheese sauce was more baked on so that it wasn't as saucy as I would like. Overall it was good but came off a bit dry and mushy. The soft roll was a nice touch. The slight butter and garlic flavors give it an extra appeal. This place is BUSY! The crowds kept pouring in as we dined. The young man at the counter seemed a bit confused and slow. He did make an error and added an extra meal to our ticket. The team does a good job at trying to keep things clean despite the flow of people. I felt like I was very rushed to eat given the flow of people and the order line that you must pass through. The serving team was very friendly and helpful.

This place knows their barbecue!! So yummy everything is seasoned perfectly! The staff is professional and pleasant! It's a cute set up a little tight fit when they are busy! Highly recommend!!

Man o man. Big Hoffa's did it again. My husband and I make it a point to stop here every time we visit Indiana. And so far everything we've had here we've enjoyed. This past time we brought guests with us who have never tried it before and they were thoroughly impressed. My husbands go to is the Hoffanator (delicious), I enjoyed the pulled chicken with sides of mac and fries and heavenly rolls. Also was able to try their ribs (sensational!!!!) and took a visit to their freezery. This place is great, it looks like plenty of seating but it does fill up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This pirate-themed BBQ joint smells amazing before you get in the door - smoked meat heaven. Once inside, the dark interior (think bijou swamp) is slightly brightened with large round colorful paper lanterns hung from the ceiling. The menu is fairly large, so lots & lots of choices. After placing your order, you seat yourself & wait for your number to be called that signals the start of your BBQ journey. Our family enjoyed the smoked brisket, smoked sausage, BBQ ribs & pulled pork. The pickles, cole slaw & rice were good, but the beans were a little too sweet for my palate. Overall a great place to stop. Hoping to have room for ice cream next time!

Service was okay but food was delish. We had some brisket, ribs, and mac and cheese. Brisket and ribs were both tender and flavorful. I honestly thought they weren't big on bbq sauce since the ribs were dry rubbed and the brisket was dry as well. After we were done eating, I saw the handwashing station and bbq sauce station, closer to the fountain drink station. Was a little disappointed because I would've love to try some sauce with my food, but at the same time both the brisket and ribs were fine without it. The mac and cheese was also full of flavor and very creamy... the peach cobbler looked amazing- but we were too full to try. The place itself was big. From the outside of the building, there are big murals on the wall. There was an outdoor sitting area. There's also an ice cream shop in the building, close to the bathrooms.

Come to a spot that has a fun vibe! I was able to celebrate my birthday here and we had ten in our group. Found a booth with four chairs that fit all of us. Love the Sassafras Tea! I got the Amendment which was just a bit hotter than I expected. There is an ice cream shop attached that serves different types of shakes. Be prepared to get full! Two types of bbq sauce on a counter to place in cups to take to the table. A bit loud, but for the most part we could carry on a conversation. Fast and friendly service. When you walk in you order at the counter and then receive a receipt with your number and they will call when your order is ready. For dessert be sure to grab the homemade key lime pie in the cooler by the register! It's so good!! When it's warmer outside then they do have outdoor seating as well.
